We have been Ebaying for years.
But feel they have grown TOO BIG for their own britches! They act like they own each seller, UP'D their fees big time.. and the sales have more than dwindled. They CONSTANTLY harass their sellers when WE are the ones making them RICH by consistently deleting listings because of sizes etc. We are told you are not allowed to have a bidder select a size. What is EBAY REALLY UPSET ABOUT? I'll tell you. They are worried they are losing FEE'S-money-it all comes down to MONEY. If we do not list each size SEPARATELY they do not get EACH LISTING FEE! EBAY IS GREEDY GREEDY! Yet it is ok according to Ebay to list COLORS? HUH? They said because they are DYED? I'm sorry.. but WHO IS THE GOD who decides what is right and wrong? They spend more time CRITIZING our listings than they do on NON PAYING bidders that rip us off everyday, waste our time as a business. We do not get to decide whether or not WE want to pitch in for advertising costs, they simply do it on TV, now Movies, etc and charge all of us double and let me tell you something, SALES ARE WAY down what they used to be!

Why?

Because everyone is realizing Ebay is starting to seriously lack Genuine care for their PROFIT MAKING SELLERS.
Sellers ARE going elsewhere!

They FORGOT WHO HAS MADE THEM RICH!

Us.. the SELLERS!

ILLEGAL EBAY PRACTICES

Yes, I agree with all who have had bad experiences with eBay. eBay is in the game to make money at any cost. I feel eBay sides with the sellers when their is a dispute between the seller and buyer even it is clear that a seller has acted unconsionably (because the sellers pay eBay for any auction listings). But that is false economy; it will eventually turn around in that buyers will not use eBay to make purchases in the future.

I was an eBay member in Australia. Two days ago, I left negative feedback for a dishonest seller. Yesterday, eBay UK suspended my account for an alleged offence relating to a transcation with this seller. eBay did this without conducting a proper investigation which is in breach of their policy(they only took the word of the seller). Therefore, I am guilty without a trial. Had they have conducted the investigation, they would have found there was no evidence to support the seller's claim.

On the other hand, in the past I have reported dishonest sellers to eBay (and provided appropriate proof). In these cases, eBay failed to act on this advice.

I am a legal pratitioner who knows the law. Imagine what other acts eBay is doing to vulnerable members who have little or no understanding of their rights.

If anyone from eBay is viewing this, I would appreciate you responding to my many unanswered messages sent about the above misjustice. ("legalcentre").
