First of all, eBay suspends my account for no reason at all, and then ask me for certain verification information, of which i did fax them. Included in the package were the following documents
1. A fully completed and signed REQUEST FOR RE-INSTATEMENT OF EBAY ACCOUNT form.
2.A copy of my passport(with picture, a copy of my SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, and a copy of my DRIVER'S LICENSE. All these would confirm identity even to a madman.
3.I also included a copy of my CREDIT CARD associated with my eBay account(of which i do not recieve paper billing, but access my account online)
4. I also sent a copy of my apartment RENTAL/LEASING AGREEMENT, and a copy of a recent rental RECEIPT for this apartment. All these as proof of residence and address.
5. As for my items that were listed in eBay auction, eBay keeps on requesting receipts or pictures of the items, and at the same time i sent an explanation together with the other documents explaining i acquire these items through a dropshippers. I went ahead and provided contact information to these dropshippers and my account details with them if there was any need to verify the availability of the items i listed on eBay. Also, i did confirm with eBay as to their policies concerning dropshipping, and eBay confirmed they allow it (email from eBay confirming this on file).
After all this, i am convinced that i have done my part to provide the information that eBay requested from me. I believe i even went further than just doing that. To begin with i strongly believe that i had not infringed any policy from eBay for my account to be suspended and stripped like that. This inappropriate, arbitral, and disciminatory action really caused quite some unimaginable financial and emotional effects on me and my loved ones. (This is the way i provide for my family and pay school fees.) I feel i was Osama bin Laden whose assets are being frozen. I have read through a lot of people's cases like this one online wherebu eBay arbitrarily suspend and terminate people's accounts for no found reason. I SENT THIS EMAIL TO EBAY

Message: I appreciate your response and your efforts an dresponsibility
of keeping ebay marketplace safe for everyone. However, on my case the
response i got did mention that i am accused of ABUSING EBAY under
"Abusing eBay" section of the eBay User Agreement. I tried to find out
exactly what is it mentioned in this section of the user agreement that i
abused, but i could not get it. The following are some of the reasons
listed in the User Agreement you refered me to as to why ebay could have
suspended and removed my account listings.

Listing Prohibited or Restricted items.
Listing Potentially Infringing items.
At the request of a VeRO Program participant.
A violation of eBay's Listing Policies.

Now, i strongly suspect that ebay mistakenly suspended my account
without a well found reason, and for that reason they are at serious fault.
Now, what i am kindly asking is information stating the EXACT EBAY
POLICY that i am being accused of ABUSING before i can continue with the
appealling process. I am SURE that the activities on my account were not
incongruent with ANY ebay policy. This is so because I read and
understood the user agreement and selling policies before i carried on any
action on ebay. I even double checked with a live ebay representantive to
make sure i stay within ebay legal boundaries. PLEASE PROVIDE SPECIFIC
USER AGREEMENT POLICY THAT YOU SUSPECT I ABUSED.

I can understand your frustration in wanting more information regarding
what led us to take this action on your account. As you may know, eBay
is taking a tougher stand to prevent fraud on our site. Regretfully, in
that process, a few honest members may be required to take one or two
extra steps before they are allowed to participate on eBay.

For security reasons we are unable to be more specific about the details
that led to this action. If you would like to have the account
considered for reinstatement then we require that you proceed with the
appeals process as previously outlined.

Now, this cannot go on. I do not have any other job and this is selling things on online auction is my job. It provides for my family and pay school fees. After eBay suspended my account i had such a financial disaster at home. I have a seven month old baby and she literally almost starved. And that cannot just go unpunished , Ebay needs to pay for the suffering not only i went through but for everyone whose accounts were just stripped off like that for no reason.
