Can I sue ebay for their unfair suspension
Hi All,

I am ebay powerseller for selling paintings in ebay and now I have been suspend from them due to the relist of my store listings have violated their VERO programs.

In fact, I have paid very high attention to take care the listings and ended the dangerous ones..

But unfortunately , I have forgot to end some in my ebay store. And ebay has automatically relisted the listings once they have been ended. ( I have selected automatically relist option) So once they are relisted by ebay, I was caught by ebay police and pushed into ebay jail.

I was sentenced to have penalty even though I have no motive to violate the ebay rule directly. The main criminal is ebay not me.


Can we suspend ebay ? It is unfair to me.. Big ugly monopoly without respecting their hardworking channel supplier. They should try their effort to negotiate with the VERO member ,rather than just banning us to earn money for feeding ebay...


Anyone have the same experience can share with me???
