This company(Paypal) supports scammer.
As buyer i was screw so many times
1) CTS Corp sold me a broken Canon Camcorder. It has a serial #. (Well
sunglasses do not have any serial #. therefore, it's impossible to
prove that the return is the buyer sunglasses). The seller refused a
refund or exchange (i contact them right away). I sent to Canon and
sent proofs to Paypal. Paypal took the seller side. I had to contact
Ebay. I won but i paid eBay 20usd.
2) I bought a pocket pc from Ken Leeks. He kept saying the package is
on the way. on the 31st day (after payment), i opened a dispute.
Paypal refused it because it was over 30 days period. I lost 92usd.
3) I bought a camera from Cindy. She does not send. I open a dispute.
Paypal let Cindy took my money and ran away. Paypal could not
recovered my money. My case is still opened after 1 year. How could
they let her do that?
Now i have something to sell on eBay. Well, Paypal is almost the only
way to receive money. I have tried other methods but failed.
Paypal suppport scammers! Period!
